Norfolk Forum
Founded in 1933, The Norfolk Forum is the oldest publicly subscribed speakers' forum in the country. Speakers have included legendary personalities-seven former heads of state, Pulitzer Prize and Nobel Prize winners and other thought-provoking public figures who have dramatically shaped American thought and events.

Commodore Chorus
The Commodore Chorus is the performing chorus of the Norfolk, Virginia chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society, a 501(c)(3) organization based in Nashville, TN which boasts more than 35,000 members throughout the world. Their Chapter was chartered 50 years ago on March 28, 1957 and is a significant part of the history and heritage of barbershop harmony in the Southern Division of the Mid-Atlantic District. Members of their chapter hail from all areas of Hampton Roads and include guys from as far north as Kilmarnock, VA, and as far south as the Outer Banks of North Carolina!
Virginia Symphony Orchestra
Recognized as one of the nation's leading regional symphony orchestras, the Virginia Symphony has enriched the cultural life of the Hampton Roads community for more than eight decades. The Virginia Symphony annually performs more than 140 Classical, Pops, Family, Education and Outreach concerts, including orchestral support of the acclaimed Virginia Opera, Virginia Arts Festival, and Virginia Ballet.
The Hurrah Players
Dedicated to the idea that children learn by doing, the Hurrah Players provides a joyous learning experience for children through a variety of theatre arts instruction. Classes include acting, dancing, singing, musical theatre and stage craft, all of which serve to build artistic and creative skills. This instruction is then translated into a hands-on educational experience through the mounting of four main-stage productions per season. Students have the opportunity to join in these productions, fulfilling their personal dreams and carrying the audience to their own "dream" state.
